installation & general service policies

Our Commitment to Transparency

At Elite White Glove Services, we believe that clear communication, honesty, and transparency are the foundation of an excellent client experience.
Every project we take on is unique. For this reason, our pricing and service scope are customized based on the specific details of each project. Not all installations are the same, and our quotes reflect the level of labor, logistics, and care required to deliver quality results.
To ensure a smooth process and set clear expectations from the beginning, we invite you to review our service policies below. These policies are designed to protect both our clients and our team, and to ensure a professional, efficient, and stress-free installation experience.

Pricing & Project-Based Quotes

All quotes provided by Elite White Glove Services are project-based. Pricing is determined by factors such as site conditions, access, scope of work, handling requirements, and overall project complexity. Final pricing may vary depending on the specific needs of each service. 1. Installation and Services Pricing & Scheduling Sauna Installation (labor only) A 50% deposit of the total installation or service cost is required to schedule and reserve an installation or service date. Installation and service dates may be reserved even if the exact date is not yet finalized, subject to availability. 2. Payment Terms Deposit: 50% of the total installation cost is required to schedule Final Balance: Due the same day the service is completed

Additional Charges (If Applicable)

1. Electrical Installation Electrical work is not included in the installation price. If electrical services are required and approved, the additional cost will be added to the invoice on the day of service, based on the scope of work. 2. Handling Fee If sauna components must be moved from an upper level to ground or street level (one floor down), an additional $500 handling fee will apply. This fee will be added to the invoice if required, based on site conditions.

Furniture Moving Policy

Installation services do not include moving furniture, décor, or personal belongings. If furniture relocation is required or requested on-site, an additional labor fee ranging from $150 to $400 will apply. All furniture moving fees must be approved on-site and will be added to the final invoice.

Cancellation Policy

If a scheduled service is cancelled, a 30% cancellation fee of the total project cost will apply. The cancellation fee is non-refundable and covers scheduling, labor allocation, and operational adjustments.
